To upload a picture you must enter http://www.imageshack.us/
After picking the file with the "Examinar" button click on "Host it". Then copy the code that appears there in the category Thumbnail, the one that reads forum. Copy and paste it in your message and voila!

To upload videos, books, or any other kind of file: enter http://www.megaupload.com/ Search the file with the "Explore" button and then write a little description in the box under that. Click on "Send" and after the file finishes uploading, copy the link that appears and paste it in the forum. You´ve got it!
